Aktori i famshëm hollivudian Tommy Lee Jones ka ngritur padi me vlerë prej 10 milionë dollarësh kundër studiove filmike "Paramount Pictures".
Padia bazohet në gjoja bonuset e papaguara nga përfitimet e filmit "No Country For Old Men" të cilat është dashur t’i paguhen aktorit që moti.

Karizmatiku Jones i cili në filmin në fjalë luan rolin e Ed Tom Bell, pohon se sipas kontratës së nënshkruara ka të drejtë në paratë nga përfitimi i filmit të vëllezërve Coen.

Zëdhënësja e aktorit Jennifer Allen ka refuzuar të jap deklaratë, derisa mediave amerikane ua ka kaluar vetëm porosinë se “letrat nuk gënjejnë".

"No Country For Old Men" vitin e kaluar nëpër arkat e kinemave ka fituar 160 milionë dollarë.

Filmi ka fituar madje katër çmime Oskar, për filmin më të mirë, regjinë, aktorit në rolin kryesore dhe skenarin më të mirë derisa ai ka qenë i nominuar edhe në katër kategori tjera.
